This year, People Management Society of De La
Salle University- Dasmariñas, steps into a higher level as they bring the first
and grandest Regional conference for future HR practitioners; The HRD Project:
HR Learners’ Regional Conference with a theme “Empowering Future People
Managers through Contemporary and Dynamic HR Practices”. The conference aims to
provide students a wider understanding about the current trends and issue in
Philippine HR setup and to give comprehensive knowledge and relevant skills
that they can use in their endeavors as HR practitioners.
Objectives of the Event
- Be a pioneer in holding HR-related events
- Discuss the latest HR issues to understand how we are influenced and affected by them and;
- Create HR network that can inspire other universities or colleges to make this as an annual event.
- Donate 15% of the net income to One Lasalle Scholars
